Manning Wedding!

I was so excited to get a message from Katelyn asking me about engagement and wedding pictures!!  I did a session with her and Robert a while back when they were just dating, and they even had their precious dogs join in.  It's always exciting to have return clients!  Unfortunately I hadn't started making blogging a priority when I did their engagement pictures, soo I'm gonna have to do a later blog on that, cause these two are GORGEOUS people and the world should see it!!

Chris (my hubby) and I got to shoot this wedding together!  I was super proud of how hard he has been working to learn everything I was teaching him, and he did great!!  And something a photog hardly ever gets... pictures of me at work and I took pics of him!! It was a blast getting to work with him!  I can't wait to do it again!!

There are sooo many good pictures from this wedding so it was really hard to pick which ones to share, but I hope you enjoy!!

The Aggies!! Whoop!

I have another surprise for Robert & Katelyn, they probably haven't received it yet but I can't hold it in any longer!!  For every wedding I do I am now going to provide them with a custom USB and fun Custom box to keep it in!!  Super excited for them to get it!!

Cormac's newborn session

Cormac is such a sweet baby!!  I had a blast shooting his newborn pictures!  I shot him in his mommy's belly not long before this here.  We got so many good ones, he was so cooperative!  This family is always a blast to shoot, they are so fun and don't have a problem being goofy for the camera!!  Enjoy!!

Yes! His mommy is a BLACK BELT!!

Segner Family!

Some of you know how important this family is to me.  If you don't know that they are important from a personal stand point, maybe you see it thru the trips I take to Uganda to visit them and serve alongside them.  This family is an incredible inspiration to me.  They felt the Lord's calling and sold everything, moved to Uganda and have an incredible ministry there.  They focus on Malaria prevention and village clinic work.  I have worked alongside them as they deworm whole villages of children (upwards of 300+ at a time), I have seen them line villages up and examine elders and children alike for various medical ailments.  I have seen the treatment of malaria.  I witnessed a small child with 105 degree fever, throwing up and lethargic.  I personally felt the swollen and hard spleen that the malaria had effected.  Pricked the finger to test, and once positive, watched Jason treat the child with a simple quinine syrup.  We returned the next day to a happy child, no fever!!
To run this ministry they need people like you and I to support them, emotionally, spiritually and monetarily.  Some don't ever give because they think the little they could give wouldn't make a difference...to diagnose and treat a child for malaria probably only costs about $5...FIVE DOLLARS!!

So if you feel led to give to this amazing ministry please visit:
every dollar matters!

Here is the incredible family who gave it all to serve others.
