Kalynn is ONE!

Cake Smash sessions are quickly becoming some of my favorite!  These little sweeties are either just about walking, or are wobbly/walking and it is adorable!  This session was not lacking in the adorablness either!! (Yep!  I made up a word!)  Kalynn's mommy picked the most adorable little outfits,  hair accessories, and even sweet jewelry!!  Her mommy made her a super fun, pink, purple and butterfly cake! So fun!

Ilse Senior Pictures

Ilse found me thru friends at school!  I love when I hear that my current clients were referred by previous clients, just a little boost!  But what is even cooler, is that I know her father!  I didn't realize she was his daughter until she told me during the session!  I love finding little connections like this with my clients!

Andy's Senior Pictures

This year was full of Senior Girls, but I was so excited to get a call from a guy!!  I had fun researching and figuring out different posing techniques!  Andy did everything I asked and we had fun!!

It seems like just yesterday Shelby was my friends kid sister...now she's headed to College!!  We had so much fun taking these on the beautiful A&M Campus!  Enjoy!

Kelsey's Senior Pictures

This girl is so gorgeous!!  And so fun!  She is also a horse rider, and the whole reason my daughter is now taking horse riding lessons!!  So we got to have some fun and take pictures with her horses!!  The session was out at the ranch she rode at while here at A&M, a gorgeous place!!  If you are looking to ride, look up Steep Hollow Farm (www.steephollowfarm.com)!!  We are loving it!

A mother's day surprise!

This session was so special!!  When Jonathan called me to tell me his angelically devious surprise, I couldn't stop smiling!!  His plan was to sneak their two beautiful daughters away for a special photo shoot in mommy's wedding dress and give the pictures to her as a Mother's Day Gift!  Her wedding dress hadn't saved well and Kristi's (who is mommy) mother had already retrieved the dress and was planning on making Ring Bearer pillows out of it for their girls to have on their wedding day!
It was so perfect!  And the best part, was on Mother's Day, I saw Kristi, and she was ecstatic!  She could hardly talk because of the tears in her eyes, one of the best moments as a photographer!

Haley's Senior Pictures

This year was Senior Session year!!  I had a blast with all the seniors I worked with, from Highschool to College!!  This gorgeous girl was fun and sassy!!

The hubs!

If you have read my profile you know that I am married to an amazing man;)  At least in my opinion!  Lately I have gotten to share my passion for Photography with him!  This has been incredible!  And I knew he would pick it up fast.  One of the things I love about him is his attention to detail, and his artistic eye!  If you have ever seen the floors he lays...well it isn't just a floor you get, it is art work.  He is so meticulous and a perfectionist, and it is beautiful.  So because of this, I knew he would pick it up quickly.  So when I was approached by an old client to shoot her wedding, having my husband be my second shooter was a no brainer!!  We are now about a month away from this wedding and I am so confident in his ability!  I know the pictures we take collectively will be just what they wanted!  I am so excited for this new adventure together!
Today we experimented with different lighting, here are a few of his shots!

These are SOOC (straight out of the camera)! And he shot in manual and metered himself!! Such a proud wifey!! :)
